The location is incredible, just a short walk away from Piazza Vecchia, and the suite we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous.

Overall had nice stay for one night. The breakfast was varied with decent italian coffee; the staff was very very helpful. The location was fantastic and wonderful, close enough to the main square and a huge garden right behind the main square of Bergamo.

The room was stylish and airy, perfect for a romantic stay. The staff were caring and friendly, always available to answer questions. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of options like tea, fruit juices, croissants, butter, and jam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Rivola in Bergamo.

The staff here were really caring and made my stay very pleasant. Everything about this place was impressive. The breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic and had the best cappuccino I've ever had in Italy.

Had an amazing and romantic stay in Bergamo. the apartment was spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities. We loved having a well-equipped kitchen and lounge, perfect for a romantic dinner in. the location was superb, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the main shopping and restaurant street. It was peaceful and quiet, with only the sound of birds and church bells in the morning.

There was a lack of storage space to hang clothes, but since we only stayed for one night, it was not a major issue. It would have been helpful to have some tourist information and maps available, as the self-service check-in meant there was no one to provide recommendations for places to eat or visit.
